This year has been full of "unknowns" and though there have been disappointments, she has taken them in strides.
Brian was diagnosed with a really rare form of cancer (Spindle Cell Sarcoma) back in May 2020. He underwent surgery to remove the mass, along with his testicle for preventative measures. At that time his margins looked good and the scans showed there was no cancer remaining.
During the "great pause," I was reminded once again how vital meditation is to stay grounded and unconnected to the chaos that surrounds our lives.
