WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are created by using quartz crystal singing bowls, sea drum, Shaman drum, music, and breath.

WHAT IS A HIGHER SELF READING?

A Higher Self Reading is a form of spiritual or intuitive practice in which an Intuitive Guide seeks insight or clarity from the client's higher self.

The concept of the Higher Self varies across spiritual and philosophical traditions, but it generally refers to the aspect of oneself that is connected to higher wisdom, intuition, and universal consciousness. It's the part of oneself that transcends the limitations of the ego and has a broader perspective on life.

As your Intuitive Guide, Gina uses various techniques such as meditation, sound healing, reiki energy, and guided imagery to connect with your higher self. She conveys your reading verbally as she reads the energy in your seven chakras (one-on-one sessions) or by placing her hands at your feet in group settings.

The goal of a Higher Self Reading is to gain insights, clarity, guidance, and an awakening that can help you navigate your life path with greater awareness and alignment with your true self.
