WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are created by using quartz crystal singing bowls, sea drum, Shaman drum, music, and breath.

As your Intuitive Guide, Gina uses various techniques such as meditation, sound healing, reiki energy, and guided imagery to connect with your higher self. She conveys your reading verbally as she reads the energy in your seven chakras (one-on-one sessions) or by placing her hands at your feet in group settings. The goal of a Higher Self Reading is to gain insights, clarity, guidance, and an awakening that can help you navigate your life path with greater awareness and alignment with your true self.

Please bring your own yoga mat, small blanket or pillow. Whatever you need to be comfortable meditating on the floor.
