The Space That Has Held So Much

The Space That Has Held So Much

There are some spaces that become more than the place where you work.

The Himalayan Salt Cave has become one of those places for me.

When I think about the hours I have spent inside these walls, I don't just think about the meditations I've guided or the messages I've shared. I think about the people.

So many people.

People who came once because they were curious. People who came back again and again. People who started as clients and became friends. People who have trusted me with pieces of their lives and allowed me to be part of their journey.

I think about the friendships I have made because I walked through the doors at Synchronicities.

And I think about how much Awakening has grown inside this space.

A Sacred Place to Gather

There is something incredibly beautiful about the Salt Cave.

You can feel it when you walk in.

The warm glow. The salt beneath your feet. The quiet that seems to settle over the room before we've even begun.

I've watched people walk in carrying the weight of their day and slowly soften as they settle into the space.

I've sat in that room before everyone arrives, preparing for the evening and thinking about how lucky I am that this is something I get to do.

And I've sat there after everyone leaves, in the quiet again, thinking about the messages that came through and the people who were meant to be there that night.

It has become sacred space for me.

Not simply because of what the room is, but because of what has happened inside of it.

The People Who Helped Build Awakening

Building Awakening has never felt like something I've done alone.

There are people who have supported my work from the very beginning. There are clients who have told their friends about me, shared my posts, signed up for something new simply because they trusted what I was creating, and continued to come back.

There are people at Synchronicities who opened their doors to me and gave my work a place to grow.

And then there are all the people I never would have met if it weren't for this space.

That part means more to me than I probably say often enough.

Because behind every class, session, Salt Cave gathering and new idea I've created are real people who have said yes.

Yes, I'll come.

Yes, I'll trust you.

Yes, I'll bring a friend.

Yes, I'll come back.

Those yeses built Awakening.

More Than Monday Night Messages

Monday Night Messages has become one of my favorite things I offer, but not because it's the biggest thing I do.

It's because of what happens when we gather.

Ten people may walk into the same Salt Cave carrying ten completely different stories. We settle into the same meditation and experience the same sounds, but what each person receives belongs completely to them.

Then we get to talk.

We laugh. Sometimes we cry. We connect. We realize we're not nearly as alone in what we're experiencing as we might have thought.

I've watched strangers begin talking after a session and leave knowing one another.

I've watched people return and recognize familiar faces.

I've watched community form.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that was part of Awakening too.

So, Thank You

If you've ever sat with me in the Salt Cave, thank you.

If you've attended a session, taken a class, shared my work with someone, commented on a post, sent me an encouraging message, or trusted me enough to bring someone you love into this space, thank you.

You have been part of building Awakening.

What started as something I felt called to create has grown into a community of some of the most incredible people I have ever met.

The Salt Cave has held so much of that story.

So many messages.

So many conversations.

So many beginnings.

And so many beautiful people I might never have known otherwise.

I'm incredibly grateful for every hour I've spent there and every person who has shared that space with me.

And there is still room for more.

If you've never joined me for Monday Night Messages, maybe it's time.

Come sit in the salt with me.
